Right Insight Terms of Service & Mobile Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service and Mobile Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Right Insight LLC’s websites (including rightinsight.org, app.rightimpact.org, and leg.rightimpact.org), applications, and mobile functionality (collectively, “Right Insight,” “we,” “our,” or “us,” and the “Services”).
These Terms apply to all users of the Right Insight platform and related services, including any messaging, communications, data, AI tools, or mobile functionality.
By accessing or using any part of the Services—including but not limited to texting, calling, polling, voicemail pushes, voter data, relational organizing tools (including LinkUp), or other outreach—you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
Message and data rates may apply. By opting in to this service, you consent to receive mobile text alerts sent through an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age.
2. Scope of Services
Right Insight provides a technology platform designed to support political campaigns, legislative offices, organizations, and enterprise clients in conducting lawful communications, outreach, analytics, and engagement.
These services may include, but are not limited to, messaging (text, phone, voicemail), polling, CRM functionality, data enrichment, analytics, campaign tools, legislative tracking, digital advertising, AI-powered communications, relational organizing tools such as LinkUp, and client dashboards across web and mobile interfaces.
Access to the Services is provided at Right Insight’s discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time.
3. Mobile Messaging Terms
By opting into mobile messaging through Right Insight, you agree to receive recurring communications related to campaigns, updates, alerts, and services. Messaging frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. By opting in, you consent to receive mobile text alerts sent through an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

To receive messages, updates, and alerts from Right Insight, follow the opt-in instructions provided through the Services or text INFO to (208) 314-2212. Messaging frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
STOP:
To stop receiving messages, text STOP to (208) 314-2212 or reply STOP to any message you receive. You will receive one final confirmation text confirming your opt-out.

Right Insight does not guarantee message delivery, timing, or routing, as delivery depends on third-party carriers and network conditions.
4. User Responsibilities and Legal Compliance
By using the Services, you acknowledge that all communications and outreach conducted through the platform are initiated at your sole discretion and under your exclusive control.
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the Services, are using approved communication channels (including 10DLC where applicable), and are contacting only recipients who have provided appropriate consent.
You further affirm that all communications comply with applicable laws, including TCPA, FCC regulations, CAN-SPAM, and all relevant state laws.
Right Insight reserves the right to monitor usage patterns and suspend or restrict access to the Services if, in its sole discretion, such use presents legal, regulatory, reputational, or compliance risk.
Right Insight is a neutral technology provider and does not originate, control, monitor, or approve user communications.
5. Release of Liability and Indemnification
You accept full responsibility for all content, targeting, and delivery of communications conducted through the platform.
You agree that Right Insight shall bear no liability for any claims, penalties, fines, or damages arising from your use of the Services, including violations of communication or privacy laws.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Right Insight and its affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Services.
6. LinkUp Feature
The LinkUp feature allows users to upload personal contacts for one-to-one outreach. This feature is voluntary and requires user consent.
Uploaded contact data is visible only to the user and is not sold or used for marketing purposes. Users may delete this data at any time.
By using LinkUp, you represent that you have obtained all necessary consent and comply with all applicable laws.
7. Data Use and Privacy
Information is used solely to facilitate authorized communications and Services. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
8. License and Restrictions
Right Insight grants a limited license to use the Services for lawful purposes.
You may not reverse engineer, misuse, or unlawfully access the platform or its data.
9. AI and Automated Tools
AI features are provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use.
Certain features may be provided in beta or experimental form and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
10. Fees and Payment
You agree to pay all applicable fees. Late payments may incur charges, and returned payments may result in additional fees.
Right Insight may suspend access for non-payment. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
11. Third-Party Integrations
Right Insight integrates with third-party providers. We are not responsible for their services or policies.
12. Service Availability and Data Responsibility
Right Insight does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or external factors.
Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their data. Right Insight is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or deletion.
Right Insight shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control, including network outages, carrier failures, or governmental actions.
13. No Agency Relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Right Insight. You act independently and are solely responsible for your activities.
14. Termination
Right Insight may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations or risk concerns.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
16. Limitation of Liability
Right Insight is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior three months.
17. Political and Campaign Disclaimer
Right Insight does not guarantee outcomes such as election results or fundraising performance.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Idaho law. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Ada County, Idaho.
19. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
